Prior to her real estate career, Janie Sue spent over 30 years with TRW & Northrop Grumman, where she held management positions in software development and system engineering. The skills she developed there in communication, negotiation, research and problem solving contribute to successful real estate transactions for her clients.
From a young age, Janie has looked for ways to get good results in less time. She graduated a year early from Mira Costa High School and earned her bachelor's degree in three years. She helps her clients get good results quickly too, when they want to buy or sell a home.
Janie Sue is licensed as a real estate broker by the State of California. (Realtors holding a broker's license have completed additional educational requirements and passed a more rigorous state exam than those with a salesperson's license.) She holds a Master of Science degree in computer science from UCLA as well.
Janie is a Realtor® in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the local South Bay Association of Realtors.
Janie also provides the special services necessary to buy and sell probate real estate. She experienced the local probate process first hand, when she successfully probated her mother's will without an attorney.
